For over a decade, our founder, Yehoshua Berger, sold Arba Minim in Lakewood, New Jersey, to customers across the Tri-state area. And year after year, he watched the same thing happen. People with real expertise, people who know exactly what a good esrog looks like, simply didn't have the time to hunt one down. And even the ones who made the time hit a wall.
